How to resolve problem on Microsoft File Transfer Manager (FTM) when downloading from TechNet
Awhile back, I tried to dowload Windows 3.11 for Workgroups from my TechNet subscription and was prompted with an error. Below is the snapshot of the error message.
I tried downloading another OS and got the same error. In the Microsoft File Transfer Manager, click Options then click the Connections tab. Uncheck HTTPS* and click OK. It solved the problem.
